I was more interested in the temperature aspect of the article than the carb intake which you addressed to my satisfaction. Ashley is mostly known for developing low PUFA eggs. How important are these as compared to organic Vital Farms eggs?
I think our body can handle some PUFA, just not an overload of it, so unless u r eating a dozen eggs a day mixed with seed oils, I’m not that concerned.
Good review that calls attention to rigor in evaluating what "goes on behind the curtain" after being confronted by any claim that has the slight odor of the barnyard.
