I have this white board in my exam room. I wrote it up about 4 years ago and I have it against a wall. I forgot it was even there til someone started reading it. That reminded me why I wrote it. So I will attach the pic here. Read thru it as it’s short.

Each time I reach a milestone ( usually birthday time) it makes more sense.
Hmm. I wonder who that was.
I'm 67 years old and in pretty good shape for an old guy just by following the common sense that is on that white board.
