Great snippet on cholesterol! And I agree about the sun - exposure and some color on our skin is good for us. Overexposure and burning, not. Not to mention the chemicals people slather all over themselves to keep the healthy sun off of them. 😞
I've heard some of Barbara's lectures before, and loved them. And as far as the skin cancer foundation, they can fekk right off with their advice as far as I'm concerned. I have never had better mood than when I'm in sunny, HOT places. I cannot buy for one moment that the thing that has been around literally for all of humanity's existence is somehow suddenly a cancer causing menace to be avoided. The bulls--t stench wafting off that narrative is overpowering.
