BTW- We had our 1st Zoom meeting for Common Sense Health and Wellness paid subscribers on Sunday Sept 24th. I hope to make this at least a monthly thing and perhaps next time give more than a day or two notice.
Aloha one and all. What do you think about making this? Do they help you?
Wow! Sideways rabbit hole. Quite the list. Variety is the spice of life and when we create our own recipe, we can adjust it to meet our daily needs. Creating a "skeleton" just in time for the holidays, we can create our own checklist. There will be times when we will veer from it it's life. The discipline and accountability that goes with a program suited for us allows us to have that occasional celebration food.
The key is Mindfulness and breath when we slow down and are in the moment, no matter what we're doing even when we're sleeping, we get maximum benefit.
"Fix your bed in the morning" one of the most important adages to use for a sense of completion help to stay on track. I remember my dad used to joke around with us and he come in and check our sheets and flip a quarter on it and if it didn't bounce we had to do it over again ha ha ha. He had a great sense of humor he was a military officer in Hawaii. Make a simple list, really KISS. Less is more more often and all things because there's a lot look at Dr Steve's list. Holy cow. Mahalo for the space that was made for me today, that I made for me today have a beautiful day. It's gonna be a good one.
