This pic is from last year.
But Winter is here at least with respect to more people getting sick with respiratory issues again. It’s strange how we seemed to have had a reprieve last Winter, other than some COVID, but so far this season, well, Winter is Here!
I can only tell you what I am seeing as it relates to keeping us healthy.
COVID is still circulating but so far I still have not had one person go to ER to be hospitalized with/for COVID in over a year. I hope that streak continues. But people are still contracting COVID regardless of their vaccination status so unfortunately I will still be discussing COVID, at least as long as others keep scare-mongering to help give a better balance.
This is what I am observing. The new COVID strains are now different from the new BiValent booster. Yep Nature will almost always get the last word in against Bog Pharma. This likely means the new BiValent booster will not have the effect the Uniparty of Healthcare, aka the powers that be in BigPharma/Public Health, hoped they would have. Then again I’m not so sure the Uniparty of Healthcare truly believed the new BiValent mRNA injections would work. They might have been going for more ka-ching ka-ching or they are so far stuck down the rabbit hole they don’t see anything else.
But enough about COVID. If I see people getting hospitalized again for COVID I will let you know. As always my aim is not to prove myself right. My goal is to use my observations to get it right, wherever safe that takes me.
Influenza, aka the Flu is once again circulating. Of interest it does not appear that this years Flu shots are doing much either. While the Flu for most people is an annoying week of fevers, cough, aches and pains, for the elderly or immunocompromised, the flu can end up preceding a pneumonia which can be much more worrisome. The flu is not fun! Of interest, from some reading I have done it appears that the mortality rate from the flu is higher than that from COVID, but not necessarily higher than previous flu seasons. So think about that for just a bit when rethinking the hoopla of the past few years. I am just starting conversation and discussion. You may take that wherever you want.
Strep throat pharyngitis has also been circulating more in the younger age group. Also not a fun illness but usually easily treated with antibiotics.
I also just heard that whooping cough is rampant in England which means it either is or may be here already as well. Whooping cough usually can be treated with the French antibiotic, “ZeePack”. Say that a few times and see if you get it…..
What else am I seeing more of this Winter than prior seasons or years? I’ll just list them without discussing.
Shingles
Blood Clots
Chronic recurrent respiratory issues
So what does all this mean?
It means we have returned to a normal annoying Winter cold and flu season, but perhaps with potentially less defense against these bugs due to much of what has transpired over the past few years.
By locking down and social distancing we may have reduced our tolerance to other respiratory infections. There is also some research indicating multiple mRNA injections may weaken immune health, but obviously more true research needs to be done before that can be found true.
So what to do?
Well I have discussed this at length over the past few years.
1- Get yourself as healthy as possible.
2- Get your Metabolism in good shape. Cut out the dead processed foods. If it can run, swim or fly away from you, it has lots of protein, so eat it. If it can’t run, swim or fly away it doesn’t have much protein so limit your dietary carbohydrates to natural fruits and veggies. Get yourself to a healthy weight, not to heavy but also not to light. A healthy metabolism improves your immune system.
3- Remove all vegetable and seed oils from your diet as they are very inflammatory to your body. Excess inflammation hampers your immune system.
4- Get sunshine and daylight whenever you can. Being outside is not only healthy but you might even get a little VitD, even in January. Also it is rare to catch a virus outside, unless someone rude decides to cough directly on you.
5- Get proper and deeper restorative sleep and work on developing a well balanced circadian rhythm. Winter is when we hibernate by sleeping more as the days are shorter and the nights are longer. More sleep allows our adrenals to work better, which helps our immune system.
6- Get proper exercise. It not only builds your body up stronger, it can also help to detoxify and clear out unwanted materials from your body. Again, it improves your immune system.
7- Try and have a bowel movement daily as stool are waste products that could also contain toxins. The longer the stool remains in your gut, the greater the risk the toxins can be reabsorbed back into your body. Toxins hamper your immune system.
8- Make sure you have the IMW Respiratory protocol ready to go BEFORE you get exposed to something and get sick. The sooner you start treatment the better.
I’m sure there is more but I think that is enough for today.
Yes, CV-1984 is still circulating, and will continue to do so in perpetuity. It has mutated down to the level of a common cold. The current administration just extended the jab requirement for foreign visitors into the US. So, you need a jab that doesn’t work, for a virus that presents the symptoms of a simple cold to enter the country. Go ahead and make sense of that little logic and reality destroying gem.
Think these previous posts covered it too:
