What serves as the bouncer or security for your body?
What protects you from outside environmental toxins and pathogens?
I’ll be nice and give you my answer.
It’s your immune system.
One of the jobs of your immune system is to watch over what gets into your body, check to see if it is safe, and if not to help clear it out, often with some help from other organs and systems in your body.
I don’t want this to be too technical so just think of your immune system as the bouncer at the door of a club that chooses who to let in and who to clear out so that everyone else in your club remains safe and healthy.

Here is a not so young or healthy bouncer
Of the above two choices, who do you think would make a better bouncer to protect the patrons inside the club?
A point I am trying to make is that a young, healthy, strong and well balanced immune system works better to protect you from insults to your body.
A well functioning immune system will properly and more effectively respond to things like the food we eat, the air we breathe, the soap and chemicals we put on our skin, and yes the injections/medications/vaccines we take into our body. It will do so often without us even knowing it. This is why many people get exposed to viruses and never get or feel sick. The bouncer of our body did the job it was supposed to do smoothly, safely and effectively.
Our immune system must react appropriately to all of the outside influences every second of every day. Our immune system never sleeps. If our immune system is working properly we remain healthy. If it doesn’t, we’ll let’s just say we are not as healthy.
Now a few questions for you to think about.
What would happen if our bouncer (our immune system) had poor vision and people snuck in to our club (our body)?
What would happen if our bouncer was distracted and people snuck in?
What would happen if our bouncer was old and weak and people snuck in?
What would happen if our bouncer didn’t sleep well the night before and people snuck in?
What would happen if our bouncer had a really poor inflammatory diet and was not 100% and people snuck in?
What would happen if our bouncers own immune system was poor and he missed work many days due to illness and people snuck in?
All of these and many more situations occur every day. Again this is why some people get sick and others do not.
So what is the main point here?
We need to keep our immune system young, healthy, smart and well balanced.

We just went through a supposed once in a lifetime global pandemic for two and a half years and counting. The media/gov/health agencies made absolutely ZERO efforts to promote bettering one’s natural immunity through common sense health practices. So, it was a “health” crisis, where no one mentioned improving one’s health. Just think about that, and the sad truth will be made visible. As usual, profits over people.
