To become a physician, I went thru 4 years of college, 1 year Post-Graduate school, 4 years of Medical School, 3 year Residency, then about 10 years ago completed a Functional Medicine fellowship.
That’s a lot of learning.
But when you choose a career like I did, the learning never stops, or at least it shouldn’t, which is why I travel to many different conferences to keep up with the newest and latest. During training we learn a whole lot. But healthcare keeps changing and we must keep up with it.
Sooooo, just about every day I am reading or listening or watching discussions, presentations etc on health and wellness topics I find interesting, especially those that help me be a better doc at the Institute for Medical Wellness.
So today I will link to some of what I have been reading in case you have any interest.
1- Is Cancer a reversible metabolic/fungal issue?
2- Possible cause of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS)
3- Excess mortality in Germany from COVID or the mRNA COVID injections?
4- Can you tell whether what you are reading is truth or not?
5- An oldie but a goodie from 2002. Yes this has been known and mostly ignored since 2002.
6- Let’s end this Common Sense Health and Wellness post with something nice and yummy.
Ribeye with buttered onions.
# Delicious
Do you find any of these topics of interest?
Did you learn anything new?
Did any of these make you think deeper into these healthcare topics?
Did the pic of the ribeye with buttered onions make your mouth water?
Let me know in the comments below.
YES to all... (well, mostly)!
~Seeing many anecdotal reports of cancer cures with anti-parasitic drugs, including IVM, from reputable sources.
~Good for Japan! Would love to know the prevalence of SIDS in the closed, vax-rejecting Amish community, where a 2004 study linked 24 cases - in 9 families - to a recessive gene mutation. No current numbers available.
~Ed Dowd & Steve Kirsch have been researching & screaming from rooftops that insurance company statistics show drastically elevated all-cause mortality numbers among the young & those who should be in their prime - in the years following the mRNA shot campaign.
~RFK, Jr. on medical journal corruption: https://x.com/i/status/1927495139154428267
~'Safe' cholesterol thresholds were coincidentally halved in 1988 after the mass introduction of statins in 1987... all I need to know.
~A nice little tenderloin with blue cheese is doable. :)
