Caution- lots of pics in this one.

It’s been a bit since the last post.

So I decided to show you what I’ve been seeing/reading lately. Let me know if any of this interests you in the comments section.

Common Sense Health and Wellness is a reader-supported publication. To receive new posts and support my work, consider becoming a free or paid subscriber.

Harvard, that University in Massachusetts that likes to be pronounced “Haaaavaaard”, put out an article stating meat is bad for you and increases your risk of Diabetes. I don’t agree as you probably know, but someone else also does not agree based on the below post. The “meat formula” is what we assume Haaaavaaard‘a definition of “meat” is for the study.

Somehow I believe the author of the post is probably closer to the truth than one would think.

More proof that lower carb diets, such as a meat based carnivore diet helps to REVERSE Diabetes, not cause it.

FYI- the drugs mentioned above are most commonly used for Diabetes, Obesity, Hypertension, Reflux, Migraines and Pain.

Who would of thought a Low Carb Diet would work better than all those medications?

Yep, a previous study by Haaaavaaard looks like a meat based Carnivore diet caused Diabetes. This one though shows the opposite.

So what should we believe?

Funny I just heard of this study recently. I wonder why this study wasn’t sensationalized like the one dissing meat was?

You shouldn’t wonder about things related to media and public health, especially about diet, nutrition and medications. All that wondering could give you a headache, which earlier we showed a Low Carb diet could help.

It shouldn’t be this confusing unless they are trying to make it so.

My Friday night dinner.

Lastly, we had our Second IMW Zoom meeting last week for all paid subscribers. As I provided over a week notice for Zoom #2, we had a better turnout. I led a discussion on different aspects of how to slow down the aging process. Everyone had a chance to talk and ask questions. I think it went very well. I am now thinking about a topic(s) for the next Zoom meeting. Anyone have any ideas??

Yet another plug for a paid membership to Common Sense Health and Wellness.

It’s $5/month.

Besides being invited to monthly Zoom meetings, you get a 25% discount on all Fullscript nutritional supplements thru the IMW Fullscript account. For those of you who don’t like math, if you spend over $20/month on Fullscript supplements, a paid membership will save you $$.
