Introductory post on health and wellness

Welcome everyone.

I started this substack as a way to gather my thoughts on health and wellness that focuses on each person as an individual. In doing so my hope is that I am able to read thru the bias and the bs and provide meaningful and actionable health related information to you.

Nothing written here is individualized medical advice. That is reserved for members of my practice, the Institute for Medical Wellness, with whom I have a private physician-patient medical relationship.

But my hope is to open your eyes to health and wellness topics that will allow you to remain healthy while slowing down the aging process. My goal is always to help to provide information that allows you to enjoy a healthy life with less chronic preventable health issues.
