This is a good one when you think of how many people complain about what others are doing but rarely do any self reflection of themselves.

It’s true, right?

Or people worth millions of dollars telling others to lower their carbon footprint while they fly around in private jets and buying up beachfront homes that use more power in a day than most homes in a year. But what do I know?

Then of course there is always going to be the diet debates. Until of course the gubberment decides that the debates are over and they know everything and you must just do as they say.

The egg one is just absolutely ridiculous and untrue. Here is why.

I think that is enough in pics/memes.

I hope you laughed at a few and shook your head at a few. But I hope you also think about these and see what is going on.

It seems like the media, corporations and powers that be in government are trying their best to scare you into following their rules for their benefit, not necessarily yours.

When I say this I am purely discussing your health and wellness. I mean isn’t that what you expect from Common Sense Health and Wellness.

I have been practicing now for over 30 years. Let me tell you a few things.

1. I have never met two people with identical health issues that were helped with identical treatment plans

2. Keeping with the theme, no two people follow the same health and wellness journey

3. Yet our dysfunctional corporate/government controlled healthcare or should I say sick care system thinks they know what is best for everyone.

4. Have you ever tried putting a square peg in a round hole? If so let me know how that is working out for you.

So going back to some of the pics above.

When it comes to your health and wellness, take charge of it yourself. Seek guidance from professionals you trust, but you still get to make the decisions of how to maintain or reach more optimal health.

You are in charge of your health and wellness journey.

Don’t let the system run your life. Take control of the wheel and go where you want to go, as long as you do not purposely harm anyone in the process.
