I’m not so sure anymore that we can.
If a virus is truly airborne, it appears that we will all inhale the viral particles into our airways at some point, unless we lock ourselves in our basements for the 2+ years it naturally takes for viruses to run their course thru the world. I prefer NOT to live my life locked in the basement.
Respiratory viruses such as influenza, colds and of course COVID, are contagious and easily spread from person to person.
Yes I said easily spread from person to person.
The questions then we should ask:
Why isn’t everyone who is exposed to respiratory viruses getting sick?
Can we NOT get sick on one exposure, but then get sick on further exposure? If so why?
I believe the main defense we have that determines WHEN or IF we get sick upon exposure is whether we have a proper functioning immune system.
Over the past 3 years of observing COVID and Influenza and other respiratory viruses I came to believe that lockdowns, masks, mRNA injections or medications do NOT prevent contracting or the spread of respiratory viruses. If they did would we still be dealing with what is called COVID?
Then what do we do?
What keeps us safe?
If the immune system works well it can clear most viral infections without increased morbidity (illness) and mortality (death). If you have a dysfunctional immune system like the elderly, diabetics, cancer patients on chemo, well, you may not have as good an immunological defense and your chances of getting sick or worse is increased.
In other words, a good immunological defense is better for protection than the strong offense of lockdowns, masks, mRNA injections and medications. Actually lockdowns, masks, coerced mRNA injections and medications could on hindsight be called offensive.
Does this make sense with what we have seen with COVID these past few years?
Did lockdowns prevent the spread of COVID?
Did masks prevent the spread of COVID?
Did (social distancing) staying 6 feet apart prevent the spread of COVID?
Did the COVID mRNA injections prevent the spread of COVID?
I have my own opinion but you are still allowed to have yours. Just please always keep an open mind and think thru all the scenarios and always ask plenty of questions. You can be trustful but always verify and you are always allowed to rethink thru past conclusions/decisions in the future when new information/data surface. We can and should admit if a previous plan is not or no longer working. We can only do the best we can with the information, data and opinions present at that time. But it does become difficult when opinions and data that go against the “narrative” get drowned out, censored, cancelled, etc. Whatever happened to “sticks and stones can break my bones but names will never hurt me”? Let people openly and freely discuss pros and cons of treatment options without fear of retaliation for having a different opinion.
Back to what helps you NOT get sick from respiratory viruses.
Healthy Immune System
Healthy Metabolism
Proper sleep
Avoiding excess stress
Healthy Gut microbiome
Proper exercise
Healthy amounts of outdoors and sunshine
Balanced Hormones
Healthy natural detox mechanisms
Interesting isn’t it that what helps you the most to NOT get sick is what I call the WOW.

One of the major faults with how our country handled COVID is that it tried to treat COVID as an illness that needs to be treated, instead of helping people improve their overall health so they wouldn’t get sick in the first place. Our treatments were OFFENSIVE as opposed to building up a strong natural immune system DEFENSE.
But I guess there are no $$ in a strong immune system defense for the powers that be in healthcare.
Our country, especially since the government/pharma/insurer/corporate takeover of healthcare and health education is a Sick-Care system that wants to keep you coming back for more of their sick product.
Ka-ching Ka-ching
I believe we need more of a Well-Care system that evaluates everyone as an individual and helps guide you as to how to be healthier so you can avoid the Sick-Care system.

It's simple. Just as they always do, people weaponized government against their fellow man, since the schools taught them it's their civic doodie to delegate to the State these rights that they don't even themselves have as individuals, to use the threat of force and violence against anyone who can think and act for themselves, just so the masses could feeeeel safe. Most peasants seem to believe they can't function on their own without "being led" and parented, so they'll do the mental gymnastics to justify the government and the politicians being a thing, and obediently and unquestioningly do just as daddy tells them, especially if the daddy that was selected was their favorite daddy, lest they be fined, or cancelled and depersoned, or accosted and murdered, or kidnapped and caged. Nothin to do with health, everything to do with fear and control.
