What have you learned?

The world has changed over the past few years, and not for the better. There is way way way too much polarization. It is not always unavoidable but it should not be front and center like it is today. It’s almost like someone or something is stoking polarization for some gains.

World events do affect your health, both physical and mental/emotional.

Chronic stress from events happening around you are very damaging and can cause premature aging. If you want the best anti-aging lifestyle, do your best to remove your stress in a safe and healthy way.

Below are some of my ideas of how to remove stress and become healthier.
