Let’s look back at the Top 5 Common Sense Health and Wellness substack/blogs/posts of 2022.
I like to reread these and see if what I wrote then I would still write now, as well as to see if what I wrote then continues to be what is truly going on. I like to call it as I see it, but unlike politicians and others in power, I don't have an issue with changing course if something better comes along or if what I previously believed is dis-proven.
My job is not to prove myself right.
My job is to get it right with what I know at the time.
My job is to continually evolve as new data and theories come out as long as they are safe and effective.
FYI- I did a quick count and it looks like there were about 180 Common Sense Health and Wellness posts in 2022.
I did not expect that when I started writing Common Sense Health and Wellness but I guess I have more to say than I thought.
Thank you to everyone who reads, comments, lurks, and stalks Common Sense Health and Wellness.
It is actually what keeps me writing.
So here were the Top 5 Common Sense Health and Wellness posts of 2022 in reverse order.

I'm Back
My personal COVID Chronicle
"Honestly it felt like I was poisoned by a toxin, with the toxin produced and spread by others breathing out the toxin. This is how all respiratory viruses in the past have spread. With COVID though, it’s like some people in a lab figured out how to use humans to spread toxins easier. I’m telling you, this did not feel like anything I have had before.”

This one was a link to a video about the state of healthcare today.
"They had to then answer to their corporate or other bosses & they couldn't really practice unfettered medicine the way they were trained to. That was a huge thing - a loss of professional autonomy."

MCGA (Make Cholesterol Great Again)
I was surprised this was the second most popular Common Sense Health and Wellness post, but it is one of my favorite topics.
“Hey doc you asked me to switch my diet to a lower carbohydrate higher natural protein/fat diet. I have done that. I’ve lost weight. I have more energy. My blood pressure is normal and I am weaning off my BP meds. I feel great. But my LDL cholesterol went up. Am I gonna die or have a heart attack?”

Preparation for the Moronic variant
The most popular post of the year discussing how to prepare IN ADVANCE for the Moronic (Omronic) variant.
So these were the top 5, at least as ranked in my Substack dashboard.
Do you agree or do you have any others you believe were better, more helpful, or hopefully just made you think more about your health?
As to my earlier statement/question, looking back on what I wrote, I don't think I would have changed anything, other than maybe be a bit more sarcastic, because, well, if you know me, Sarcasm is my middle name.
Here's wishing everyone a very safe happy and healthy 2023!
My favorite one was the Moronic one, I read it often!
A variant of a variant of a variant…..
Can the media be any more shameless?
