Stress- a little is Ok, chronically all the time- not so good.

That’s a pretty busy pic but if you have good eyes or good reading glasses, look at the difference between acute versus chronic stress.

Look at some ways that stress can manifest.

So what is stress?

To deal with anything you really need to define it.

So I guess you want to know my definition of stress?????

To me stress is a feeling we get when we care about something, but do not have control of the outcome.  Not knowing how something we care about is going to turn out can be stressful.

Chronic consistent activation of your stress - fight or flight - mechanism can damage your body and age you faster. Look again at the first pic at what chronic stress can do to your body.

So how do we combat stress?
