I’m in! I’ve added a few things into my carnivore diet - still 95% - but I don’t think they are serving me well so it’s a good reason to stop them again for a few weeks to see if there is indeed a difference.

I’m in for a carnivore challenge. Just say “go.”

Those Cowboys look awesome. I had a 20 oz Costco Ribeye tonight (only ate 13 of it).

Mine was vert tasty. But eating it for lunch and dinner, I still couldn't finish it.

Definitely fills me up quicker and not hungry for a long time.

I’m definitely in need of a reset. So I’m going to say I’m in. I’ve never gone completely carnivore but I’ll give it a try. Did you get the ribeye from our local Costco?

Ok your shopping secrets revealed! Thanks. I hope this leads to some your favorite sauces and marinades, store bought and home made. I may have missed some in earlier posts?

We like getting our meats from Bringhurst in Berlin. Good quality, ethically raised by local/regional farmers, no antibiotics, and they have a ton of variety. Their brisket and beef short ribs are so good.

I’ve heard about Bringhurst for a few years but still have not made it there.

Roast up some Hungarian banana peppers and garlic cloves with that this ribeye. Delish!
