Pre Conference Stuff

Questions for ya

Just a reminder.

I will be away at a conference from Wed Dec 13th thru Sunday Dec 17th, returning for regular hours on Monday Dec 18th.

I will be attending the A4m Longevity Fest in Vegas.

As with most conferences like this I will NOT be able to attend all the presentations but will pick and choose those that most interest me. If I wanted to start trouble I would go to a few presentations and heckle the speaker, but while I may do that in my office, I would not be rude in public. For sh-ts and giggles though, click on the link, look at the speakers, and in the comments section below let me know what two speakers you think I would heckle, if given the opportunity, just for fun.

I will try to attend many of the lectures on slowing the aging process as that is one of the primary goals of the IMW. But I also enjoy walking through the vendor exhibits and discussing newer and sometimes older treatment options.

When the day is over I usually get to go have a nice dinner, as lunch is usually a SimplySnackin meat bar. If possible I will try and send a few updates here about whatever I found of interest that may interest you as well.

Hopefully though the fuller recap will take place at our monthly IMW Zoom meeting. I believe this will take place Wed Dec 20th at 7PM for all paid subscribers to Common Sense Health and Wellness.

If everyone is lucky I may also take pics of any good meal I have in Vegas. Vegas meals can be hit or miss, but hopefully it will be more of a hit.
