As I’ve mentioned many times before, I do a whole lot of reading. You see, when you have studied functional medicine, yet still practice a combination of traditional and functional medicine, there is just so so so much to read. I like to be in the know, meaning I like to have at least a little understanding of topics even if I don’t treat them. This means I read and read and read. And when I find something interesting I take a deep deep deep dive.
But, and there are always butts, especially in healthcare and politics, sometimes you see something that just can’t be unseen. So the rest of this stack will be some examples. I hope you enjoy them or roll your eyes the same as I did.
So here goes it….
Can someone please explain that one to me. In my over 30+ years I’ve never heard of a vaginal arrhythmia. Then again before 2022 I’ve never ever heard of Sudden Adult Death Syndrome either butt…..
It seems there are so many more people having heart attacks over the past almost 2 years. Traditional healthcare and the media just can’t seem to figure out why. So look at some of the headlines in the pic above.
Which is your favorite new cause of heart attacks from the pic above?
Is it because you are a lonely older woman? Or perhaps because you fall asleep with the TV on? Oh my gosh. I just thought of something. What happens if you are a lonely older woman who falls asleep with the TV on.
I guess the best treatment would be a switch that automatically turns your TV off while keeping you company at the same time? Hmm. I wonder if Pharma has found a way to sell that idea yet? Look soon to be enrolled in that study. Only lonely older women though need apply.
Butt really, don’t you find it just utterly amazing how in the past year all of a sudden science has moved so fast to discover all these new causes of heart attacks? I guess that is what “moving at the speed of science” really means?
The new cause of insomnia and lack of sleep!
There must be some explanation for the above graph showing that in Australia’s ICU’s it is the MOST highly COVID jabbed in their ICU beds. Can anyone surmise why? It just can’t be that safe and effective thing? Nah…
The fact checkers are like the foxes and we who write the comments and ask the questions are the chickens and hens.
Here is a Pearl for you. There are very few true unbiased experts out there. Just because the gubberment and media write it or say it, it does not make it true or unbiased.
I’d really like this one confirmed from reliable sources, if there are any. But if true, what could be causing this I wonder?
I’ve seen this one many times and it is actually true. I thought it worth showing again. Hazard ratio on the left is risk of adverse events such as heart attacks. The horizontal line in the middle would be hazard ratio of 1 which is the average risk. Anything below that line or below 1 would be lower risk of hazard or heart attack based solely on LDL cholesterol in this graph. To be fair you can’t use just LDL as a risk factor, but for shits and giggles take a look at the LDL levels that have lower risk, or below 1. It looks to me that LDL cholesterol levels between 105-200 appear to be lower risk. It also indicates that the lower LDL cholesterol levels have the higher risk.
So if true what does that say to all the #LdlIsEvil and must be lowered at all costs crowd? Hey I’m just asking….
This one does not need any further explanation.
Now I will end with this.
Nuff said.
To take part in other back and forth discussions consider joining my private substack chat group. I try to out even more thought provoking stuff in chat that may not yet be ready for prime time but needs a trial balloon.
As always, comments and questions welcome.
If you like reading Common Sense Health and Wellness, please consider upgrading to a paid subscription. It’s just $5/month and helps this Carnivore perhaps get one more ribeye steak a month, and you know I like rib eyes. In fact some of my best writing ideas come after eating a rib eye steak. Last but not least, if any Florida residents are reading this substack, I am fully licensed in Florida and accepting new Virtual Wellness patients looking to improve their health, slow down the aging process and/or work on some functional medicine protocols to help improve your health and well being.
Its probably vagal not vaginal. I know a good typo when I see one. While on the subject, what exactly does a Pubic Information Specialist do and what are the educational requirements?
I know Rolling Stone is not even worthy to be used as toilet paper, but this article is an awful reminder of our current Big Brother media landscape. Journalism is dead……
