Here’s wishing everyone a heathy and happy week while I am away at conference.

It is a Functional Medicine conference where we learn about and pick apart all types of healthcare interventions. We do this so we can get the mechanisms of improved health right from the roots. It is less about band-aids and putting out fires, and more about understanding what started the fire and preventing that from occurring in the first place.
