We still have just under two weeks left in the #IMWChallenge for February.
The goal of the #IMWChallenge is to participate in a Lower Carbohydrate and Lifestyle way of eating and living and see how you feel.
If you lose weight, well that is a nice side effect.
But there are many others as well.

Sounds like the old "create a problem so we can solve the problem" - in this case with meds!
I met Dr H about 8 years ago. I was a mess. I was on a least 10-12 different meds. My life was and is like the book of Job. I am down to 4 meds. with supplements. Many parts of me are better. The diet and support and knowledge of Dr H and the people in his practice helps me everyday. May we all continue to get better with this food and his learned wisdom! Renee has showed us sometimes we have to go on our gut (forgive the bun) instinct with the help of a good Doctor!
