I would recommend listening to Dr. Peter McCullough as well as Dr. Robert Malone podcasts on Joe Rogan. Both provided excellent information that everyone should review before making a decision regarding taking an mRNA shot or booster for themselves or children.

The two guest doctors were also heavily censored on various platforms at that point. Here is an update from today. I bought a Healthy Line Bio mat (Taj series with 5 different technologies it says), with infrared and PEMF/red light I lay on it from time to time and have my daughter after sports pain, but don't do it often enough.
I love that you are sending us recaps of your conference, and liked the part about what to avoid to not lower something you don't want lowered. No flouride here I use Thieves whitening toothpaste and love it, I'm happy to give out samples! That is part of my business with essential oils/Young Living. Also I never take antacids anymore, we also have an oil for that! SHOCKER! LOL
Lastly, I have been fasting since the covid shutdown started. It did help me lose weight and help me with inflammation I believe. Less aches and pains. I'm 51 and a Spin Instructor. I do fasted cardio in the morning, but also lift weights a few times a week. My body has definitely changed for the better, stronger and leaner. I don't weigh myself frequently but I'm down since before starting the IF and I like it. It's a new way of life. Some days I make it to 5pm without eating! But usually I eat around 3pm or noon if I have lunch plans with someone. My weekends are no different with hours eating, I just probably eat/drink more. And by probably, I mean for sure.
We have an infrared sauna and a infrared light. I love that there are so many health benefits of it!
I have no problem doing IF during the week but on the weekends I can't push our breakfast so late because we all eat together. I haven't figured out a way to get better than 5/7 days.
