Who says eating a Carnivorish diet is difficult?
I sure don’t.
Yesterday I had two meals.
Meal #1
Corn beef slices dipped in some balsamic vinegar. Also had some cheese slices.
Meal #2
I call it “Lamby Pamby Shrimpy Gimpy”
10 baby lamb chops and a side of shrimp cocktail from Sprouts in Marlton.
Lamb chops seasoned with garlic oil, garlic salt, onion and garlic powder and chimichurri seasoning as well. Grilled in a cast iron pan with a bit of olive oil til done. I like mine taken out of the pan around 140 degrees.
As you can see…..
They were delicious.
I would rate them about a
I made All Gone.
For those who believe eating and cooking this way is difficult, it is the opposite.
I only had to prepare one dish.
I used one Lodge cast iron pan.
I didn’t have to also prepare a salad, a veggie or a starch.
I only had one pan to clean, and since it is cast iron it is pretty simple.
