I hope everyone is doing well this fine Thursday in January, with a weather mix of rain and snow. No worries though, warmer weather is just 90 days away……………

Thursday Challenge days will be renamed my favorite meme days.

Most are related to our challenge, but I may throw in a few extra off topic every now and then. If any of the memes bring up challenge questions, please put them in the comments.

Whether they were lies, omissions, mis/dis-information, collusion, greedy, or just they were just closed minded, they were still wrong. Always think through things yourself and see what reality truly is. It is not always what people in power say it is.

When it come to a healthy diet and healthy aging, I’d beware following the advice of anyone who has something to gain.

I’ve said this before and I will say it again. Don’t believe every word I say either. Remember I can be just a little sarcastic at times… But question me on advice if it does not make sense to you. Perhaps I am wrong or at least not “right enough” for your situation. Then we can work together to make it correct for you as an individual.
