Why are we doing it? For me initially it was for the Weight loss. I knew if I lost weight my lab numbers would get better. But now I keep on it for other reasons. The same reasons that we read about on your Twitter feed. I generally just feel a whole lot better than I did. That includes my energy level my thinking and way less joint pain. Like I said I just feel a whole lot better than I did. I don’t look at it as being on a diet. Because I enjoy everything that I’m eating. When I do wander off into “carb nation” I definitely feel the difference. And that difference isn’t a good one. So my plan is to make low-carb a way of life. A much better life.So thanks for educating me Dr. H. You have definitely changed my life and the quality of it.

I had started the carnivore diet about a year ago. My weight remained the same. It was not until I started adding small amounts of vegetables during this challenge that I started to lose lbs. Is it possible that men's diets are different from a women's diet?

Next the topic of COVID -like symptoms. These past 8 mos. I have had to wear a mask for long periods of time and not by choice. It takes me days to feel better afterward.

ANALOGY: Why would anyone think that sticking cotton balls up your nose and a handkerchief in your mouth, would not give you some type of breathing problems? When you cannot breath properly other parts of the body do not work well. That is my own personal experience.
