Always better to use grassfed dairy products. No reason to drink milk as an adult, but fermented products(plain yoghurt/kefir) work great. Also, look for traditional long fermented(sourdough) breads, or bake them yourself. Most inflammation from breads is due to the modern shortcuts in bread making.

Steve- yes grass fed appears better but you should research the difference between A1 and A2 milk from dairy cows.

Yes, if possible search out dairies that use older breeds like Jerseys, or even better use products made with Sheep’s milk. Both A2, and the sheep’s is super absorbable, and has a dynamite nutrition profile.
