Yes, if possible search out dairies that use older breeds like Jerseys, or even better use products made with Sheep’s milk. Both A2, and the sheep’s is super absorbable, and has a dynamite nutrition profile.

Steve- yes grass fed appears better but you should research the difference between A1 and A2 milk from dairy cows.

I am curious about your thoughts on high levels of LDL(Mostly Type A) and the efficacy of statins.
