It’s been a while since my last substack Common Sense Health and Wellness newsletter. I have been a bit busy with switching medical record systems at my office, the Institute for Medical Wellness (IMW), as well as caring for an aging poodle.
But I am still here and have been preparing for a fun and challenging summer.
Starting in 1 week, on Wednesday July 5th, the day after all the fireworks, will be the 2023 IMW Summer Health Challenge.
Throughout the summer I will be writing on many different aspects of Health and Wellness, all the while hoping you will accept a challenge I put forth. The purpose will be to help you learn how to improve your health and wellness OUTSIDE of the dysfunctional healthcare system we have today.
Wouldn’t it be great if you rarely needed to interact with the healthcare system, because you are just so healthy all on your own?
The only requirement to take part in the 2023 IMW Summer Health Challenge is to become a paid subscriber to Common Sense Health and Wellness.
It’s only $5/month and I hope that what you will learn about improving your health and wellness will be priceless.
Some topics that will most likely be part of the Summer Challenge.
Healthy diets including Paleo, Low Carb, Keto and Carnivore. Yes you can be plant based and still take part as diet is just one aspect of the IMW Summer Challenge.

FYI: The IMW Summer Challenge is your own personal challenge. I encourage you to write down what you want to get out of the challenge so near the end you can see if you moved towards your goals. Remember you are not competing with anyone. You are only working to learn as much as possible to continually improve your health while slowing down the aging process.
Maybe you know someone who would like to participate in the IMW Summer Challenge. Consider giving them a gift subscription to improve their health?
Any questions or comments?
