Important to Read about your Immune Health
Does anyone else believe that this Winters respiratory infection season is a real doozy?
Yes, I said doozy as I was having trouble coming up with another word. Doozy just works too well so I will leave it at doozy.
Whether it’s the newest Moronic COVID strain, Influenza, RSV, Pneumococcal pneumonia, Strep, Recurrent Herpes, Shingles, well, I could go on and on and on, just like this Winter season.
Honestly, I have been at this doctor thing for over 30 years now and maybe barring one bad Flu season, I have not seen anything like this. But that year it was just Flu, not the mix of all previous possible pathogens I have already mentioned.
So really, shouldn’t someone be asking:
“What the heck is going on?“
Instead all I see and hear from the Quadraplex (I think I just made up this word) of Public Health, Big Pharma, Big Tech and Big Media is to go get your booster vaccinations and wear a mask. Well they have been advising that for the past three years.
How has that worked out so far?
There are some people asking questions, actually collecting data, doing some research, and moving the thought process forward about other options to keep you healthy. I thank those people as I spend much of my off time reading as much as I can of what they put out to stay ahead of this and try and give all of you other options to consider.
Here was one that I think everyone should read. So don’t go any further until you read this.
I hope Immunity Debt wasn’t too much to ask you to read but I will make it simpler for you.
It appears that since early 2020, and then for some reason accelerating further 2021 through today, our immune systems are not working as well as they used to. If you read Immunity Debt, I know it is technical in parts, it appears that the COVID virus as well as most/more likely the spike protein produced from COVID mRNA injections are doing more than just creating spike antibodies. It appears that it might be altering/weakening parts of our immune system.
Now let’s make 4 by putting 2 and 2 together.
Did you ever think that the combo of COVID infections PLUS COVID mRNA injections have caused a weakening of immune systems leading to increased susceptibility to all those respiratory viruses and other hidden pathogens coming back to the surface this Winter?
A weakened immune system makes us more susceptible to RSV, influenza, recurrent strain of the month COVID, reawakened Herpes flares (HSV), Shingles, …….
I know I am thinking this is a strong possibility.
So what can we do?
If the above is the case, if COVID and the mRNA injections have weakened our immune systems, what can we do?
Well we should try and strengthen our immune system.
This is not done by getting further mRNA injections.
Many of you have been there and done that, yet we are in the middle of a nasty viral Winter. So how can we improve our immune health?
This is not done by taking Paxlovid or Tamiflu.
This is not done by wearing masks.
This is not done by getting hospitalized and taking Remdesivir.
Those are all interventions once you are sick. None of those “strengthen” your immune systems.
Here are some other options I believe you should consider to improve your immune health.
Let’s start with things that don’t cost much at all.
Start/Continue a Ketogenic diet. Your immune system is much stronger when not having to burn sugar/glucose as fuel. A strong balanced metabolism is a strong immune system.
Consider therapeutic fasting. This type of fasting allows your body to better clear out old, damaged and inflamed cells, including those of the immune system. The healthier immune system can then help clear better foreign “stuff” in our bodies including any remaining viral particles.
Sleep- we all need proper rest to clear out damaged parts of our body. It’s like we detox every night we sleep. If we don’t get enough sleep, we don’t detox, we remain inflamed, and our immune system suffers.
Exercise - the right type and amount of exercise also helps the body clear out damaged and inflamed cells, which again, allows our immune system to work better.
Sunshine- it does more than just give us a tan. By now most of you know that sunshine on your skin can help convert cholesterol into Vitamin D. Healthy optimal amounts of Vitamin D help your immune system work more effectively.
Outdoors and Grounding- we are not meant to be indoor beings. Perhaps we have domesticated ourselves a bit too much and now suffer from indoor pollution as well as habits that do not help our immune health. We should all try and get outside more, let the sun do its thing, and touch the earth. While I haven’t taken a real big dive yet into grounding, from what I have read so far, it has a whole lot of potential to improve our immune and overall health.
I saved the best and probably the most important free hack to improve your immune health for last. We all need to decrease our stress levels. A little stress here and there is fine. But when we are under chronic daily stress, this can have nasty consequences to our immune system. Ever heard of someone who is very stressed coming down with Shingles??
After the above 7, I will end with advising to get your Gut health in order. As 70-80% of the immune system resides in your gut, a healthy gut usually equates with a healthier immune system.
Of course a healthy non-inflammatory diet is key here. But sometimes infections, antibiotics, steroids, hormones, stress can all cause havoc in our gut.

We can all get thru this winter season better if we start looking at improving our own immune defenses different than we have been asked to over the past 3 years. I mean, if the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results means anything to you, well then perhaps you take your immune system into your own hands, as opposed to what the quadraplex has been pushing.

Perfect time to remind everyone to stay healthy Dr.H. I had COVID four years ago when they knew nothing. STRESS from FEAR was worse on my body than COVID! Presently, I have COVID, not fearful and doing much better. I would put STRESS on top of the list as far as effecting the immune system.
