In a previous substack I alluded to the theory that cholesterol is not evil as the traditional establishment want you to believe.
But you say, “Cholesterol is found in diseased arteries.”
Yes it is.
But is cholesterol a major part of the diseased artery?
Is cholesterol the trigger that advances the disease?
Could cholesterol possibly be there to try and heal the artery?
It’s short and quick.
Ask questions or comment at the end of the stack.
It’s kind of like cholesterol in the blood is “reactive” to your environment, especially what you eat and how you live. It’s more of a barometer of what is going on inside your body than a cause of disease.
Hmmm…
Hmmm some more…..
My common sense health and wellness views are based on practicing for over 30 years and watching reality take place. Remember I don’t believe anything I hear in the media or from authorities who have their own plan or scheme to get you to follow. I want to see things happen with my own eyes and ears and use my own brain, yes I do use it at times, to determine my own reality.
In 30 years I have seen people follow all the traditional Big Pharma, for the rest of this substack will now be referred to as BP, inspired protocols to raise this lab number and lower that lab number, yet still end up with a cardiac event.
So my belief that BP truly understands the triggers and mechanisms of heart disease is very little. Actually very very little. Or perhaps I am wrong and BP does understand but chooses not to address it as they can earn more $$ with something else??? BP also spends a whole bunch on educating health professionals. Gee I wonder if that sways any treatment protocols?? They also spend a whole bunch on media advertising.
BP funds and brainwashes educates health professionals who then use what they learned to treat you.
Sorry to sound so critical but this has been years. I mean it’s not like BP has ever been sued or had to payout any settlement money….
If we ever get to investigate how the mRNA gene therapy treatments that billions have used over the past year or so, the above numbers could end up looking like chump change. Sorry to use the word “chump” in a negative fashion. I don’t mean to disrespect all the chumps out there who I respect more than BP. But I digress.
Now I sound old don’t I by saying “But I digress”. Well if it fits…. You can argue that it doesn’t fit in the comments section. It’s always nice to butter up the doc.
I think BP which appears to have taken over healthcare, the FDA and probably most politicians is more into increasing corporate profits than actually fixing a process.
These are just my thoughts. As always you may agree or disagree. We can still work together and play together.
BP and actually Big Insurance and Big Government and Big Social Media , maybe I will just call them the Big4 or the Biggies, or the Quadrobullies, or, if I take the first letter from each name I can call them the Big PIGS, the Big PIGS want to sway your opinion to believe the science is settled and they have it right.
My apologies again to all the other pigs of the world.
OK.
Enough about the Big PIGS.
That was quite a tangent I went off on.
What do I think causes heart disease and plaque?
Well others have been thru this already. I have read and researched so many different theories.
My favorites so far follows.
I’d suggest you start by reading/watching the research/works/presentations of:
2- Vladimir Subbotin
3- Malcolm Kendrick’s book - “The Clot Thickens”
If any or all of the above are more likely to cause heart disease, why don’t we hear more about it?
My answer: Probably because Big Pigs don’t have any $$ to make or power to hold if they don’t continue on as they have.
There are more independent thinkers out there with a deeper understanding of what truly causes vascular disease but the above 3 are a good start.
If you think to yourself, perhaps I have been duped or just haven’t read enough to know what to do, don’t be hard on yourself. Many people are in the same boat and don't read the directions close enough or get the wrong idea. It happens all the time…
For today’s installment of Low Carb Food Porn, this was my Sunday night dinner.
As always, questions and comments welcome and encouraged.
Always be civil even or especially if you disagree.
We are NOT an echo chamber here.
While I am known as being just a tad sarcastic at times, I just want to say how much I appreciate all the subscribers to my Substack, Common Sense Health and Wellness, especially the paid ones! Your support is so greatly appreciated.
I think I have another letter for your acronym. “F” for big food. You know, companies like Barilla or Kelloggs. Maybe the new acronym could be PFIGS with a silent “P”. :wink
inspiring and truly delicious - looking food porn pic , thanks !
