Common Sense Health and Wellness is all about using real life experience, research, avoiding bias, and implementing what works best to improve your health. Unfortunately the world today is so fraught with bias and ever increasing censorship that it gets tough sometimes to figure out what really works.
As I often say the media tells stories, mostly fiction.
Definition of fiction:
The category of literature, drama, film, or other creative work whose content is imagined and is not necessarily based on fact.
Don’t believe me?
CNN setting up “stories” that they will use to move public opinion. First noticed during the 2020 elections, followed by COVID and now planning on Climate Change.
The debate is not what your beliefs are, or who you choose to believe. In a free society we are all allowed to have our own beliefs, constructively debate, and then shake hands, agree to disagree at times and still be friends, all while moving the information and learning forward.
But is this what we are getting from the mainstream media?

They are scheduling their agenda, whether it be truthful or not.

Let’s get back to COVID and all the government restrictions/mandates that arose. As I do in my office all the time, let’s keep asking questions and see if we can find a root cause, a starting point for what is occurring now so we can get a better understanding of how to improve.
Early on back in 2020.
If this is true, may I ask WHY?
Seriously, why would they do that?
Would you rather be a blind follower or know the truth and decide for yourself what to do and who to turn to for information to keep you healthy?
What purpose did these mistruths serve?
The media we know tells fictional stories that impact our health. Here we have information that our government and federal bureaucrats ALSO “made up” their own stories which affected the world.

What is our government/media/captured science telling you is healthy?

Any chance the Big Food Corporations had sway in putting this chart together?
Do you really think Frosted Mini Wheats are healthier for you than eggs, beef, or chicken?
Captured science means the researchers are most likely financed by those who want to steer public opinion, regardless of reality.

Is there really any more to say about these topics? The government, along with all the alphabet agencies, their attack dog corporate media and censoring big tech, academia and the medical industry are all enemies of the people. On top of all this, 95% of the population is either ill informed or uninformed or indifferent. You are on your own. No one is coming to the rescue. Take care of your physical and mental well-being. Avoid the media as if your life depends it(it does), associate with likeminded individuals and avoid the rest.
Sadly people have bought the idea that sugary breakfast cereals and other ready made convenience food are reasonable replacements for whole, natural foods and that those packaged foods provide them with time to live their busy lives to the fullest. All of that time “gained” will be paid back in the future treating the results of those choices.
