Zoom Meeting to be scheduled for Feb 21, 2024 07:00 PM Eastern Time (US and Canada)
For those of you who wish to participate or learn more about what we will be doing in terms of our fasting group, please use the Spruce app and notify me. I will then send you the Zoom link so you can attend thru the Spruce app.
At this time this group is available to IMW members only, meaning patients in my practice.
Even if you initially showed interest in a previous Common Sense Health and Wellness Fasting post, please again notify me via Spruce so I can send you the Zoom link.
I’d also hope you will install the Substack app as it has a chat feature we will be using during the fasts, just like groups work. Fasting as a group will benefit all of us.
I will have to miss this time since I’m going to a friend’s 60 celebration....will choose wisely, I hope!
Would like to join meeting but I will be at work so interruptions will be inevitable.
