I’ve been thinking of doing a modified 2-3 day water fast. Probably sometime within the next month. I’m doing a little bit of traveling during that time, so while I am good with eating when away, I can’t fully control all the ingredients if eating out.
Fasting to me is not about weight loss. That happens. But Fasting is a way for the body to start its natural detox pathways and clear out all types of unwanted junk.
So if you are interested, please let me know in the comments below.
I will most likely put together a group Zoom to set up some protocols for the Fast. They will NOT be exact for everyone but more of a foundation to use to make the Fast successful.
