I never watch television, haven’t for many, many years. This morning I had to take my husband for a medical procedure and so was subject to the blaring big screen in the waiting room. It was 6:00 AM and I felt assaulted by the both the news and the commercials. Both horrific. A steady diet of that kind of thing might be on par for your mental well being with a high carb/processed food diet for your physical well being.

The Balsamic Vinegar sounds great, I never saw Smoked Balsamic, will have to try..I like to make a Mozzarella Cheese Platter with Pesto sauce for dipping on the side, fresh Basil Leaves sprinkled throughout and when in season , Jersey Tomatoes.....then drizzle the platter with a Balsamic Vinegar...
