• Did you know that Common Sense is like deodorant? The people that need it the most don’t use it.

It's amazing how hunger is not a big issue while fasting as long as you get through the many reasons to eat:

-boredom
-it's meal time with family
-that food looks/smells good
-fear of being hungry later
-breakfast is the most important meal of the day
-I'm sad/unhappy so let’s eat to make me smile

Of all the above there's only one good reason to eat whether you are fasting or not: Real true Hunger!
