Words matter in health and in life.
Let’s look at a few definitions.
There are many different online dictionaries but as I am writing I will use the definitions that make me and hopefully you think. Remember, don’t take anyone’s words or definitions as the truth. You need to think through the words and see what they mean to you.
Do you agree or disagree with their use or meaning?
How do you act or respond to their words?
Most importantly you own your actions and you can not blame poor outcomes on others.
“I was just following orders or directions no longer cuts it.”
Not in health or other aspects of life.
Most of the definitions below came from Wordnik

I am going to challenge all my readers to think about these definitions and the questions I raised as we move to transition into the March 2022 #IMWChallenge which will involve discussing and implementing safe and healthy fasting regimens with the aim to build upon the IMW LowCarb challenge and continue your journey towards improving your health.
Low Carb Meal Pic of the Day:
Chaffle Ribeye Pizza
I made the chaffle the normal way except before I closed the waffle iron, I added thin slices of leftover ribeye from the previous nights dinner.
It looked like this before I made it into a pizza.
After removing it from the waffle iron, I added tomato sauce and cheese and toasted it until the cheese melted and the chaffle firmed up a bit.

I have an extra meat chaffle left over. I might have it for dinner tonight but add sauteed onions and peppers as well.
If you like eating wraps, consider a No carb wrap using a Folio. A Folio is 100% cheese shaped into what you can use as a wrap. It holds up fairly well if you do not overstuff it. I’ve seen them sold at Costco, Wegmans and Whole Paycheck.
As always questions and comments welcome.
Add cooked bacon to the chaffle batter!
