I pretty much agree. This is why on the COVID protocols I send out to patients included multiple antihistamines. Later on if still not recovering we add steroids which also are anti inflammatory.
COVID acts less like an infection and more like a toxin. How your body responds to the toxin determines how quickly you recover.
Adam- you just need to cook it at lower heat. Let it come to room temp, season it, grill on both sides first for 1-2 minutes to brown it. Then into an preheated oven at 325 degrees until it hits 130-135 degrees. Use a quick digital thermometer to check. Then transfer the steak to a plate and let it rest for about 5 minutes. This will raise the temp another 3-5 degrees to finish cooking as well as allow the juices to settle so you end up with a flavorful and juicy steak. All steps above are equally important.
Dr. Horvitz, what are your thoughts on this? I've seen it going around. Is this what we discussed in your office last week?

Grass fed rib-eye is tough a shoe leather ! Why not filet mignon?

I'll take a rib-eye any day over filet mignon. Rib-eye is my absolute favorite.
