It was nice to get away and be exposed to many new protocols to improve health and wellness. Then I get home and need to spend time trying to make sense of everything.
This is very needed after being in a large lecture room for most of three days. I did the best I could at counting the available seats and I think it was over 2500 which was the largest of any of their conferences in 30 years. I am happy to see more healthcare professionals looking to get out of the traditional care prison and be open to other safe and effective healthcare options.
So now I have to separate the fluff from the reality, so I will be a bit busy in my spare time away from the office for a bit. I actually call the spare time my RnR. Others call it Rest and Relaxation. But I call it Research and Reading which I do just about daily.
I want to make sure the Institute for Medical Wellness (IMW) always stays ahead of the present healthcare system. This is so I can provide both inside and outside the box thinking, traditional and functional/holistic/integrative options for safe and effective counsel, advice and treatments to help everyone on their own individual journey towards optimal health.
So today I am just going to list some of the topics presented or exhibitors grilled with my questions at the conference. There are too many to go into detail of each but I may do just that for selected topics in the future.
So here goes.
Copper and Silver for overall health
Health and Wellspan vs Lifespan- the USA has a lot of work to do here and it starts by fixing the healthcare system, which really should be renamed to a healthScare system, and moving it from the Sick-Care 3rd party dominated system that it is to one that is centrally focused on each individual with a much greater emphasis on keeping people well as opposed to just treating them when they are ill.
High Blood Pressure and Cardiovascular Health
Vascanox HP- Nitric Oxide support
Biocidin protocols for gut and immune health
Precision point diagnostics for testing of food allergies/sensitivities and gut barrier function (Leaky Gut)
There is more but this is enough for now.
My goal as I alluded to earlier is to now look into many of these topics and see if they have enough merit to add their use/protocols as options at the IMW. Remember that I like to hear many different options and experiences, but that does not mean that I always believe everything I read/see or hear.
So those of you who are IMW members, if any of these topics are of interest, send me a HIPAA secure message thru Spruce app, or we can discuss at your next visit to the IMW.
My one regret while I was out there. I did not get to try the following burger joint that has gotten great reviews, but are only out west.

As always comments and questions welcome.
Wanted to share this one, dunno if you heard about it:

I'd also still been buying at least three supplement brands on that Nestle list all this time cuz I hadn't realized that they'd bought up all those companies. Too unsettling, gonna go with my gut and switch brands after I do some more digging.
