Made it thru the first 2 days unscathed. There is way too much information to put in a Common Sense Health and Wellness post so I think I will stick to just some pearls so far. Now for some pearls.
Osteoporosis
Prescription drugs INCREASE bone density BUT not necessarily good at decreasing actual fractures. That’s a big Hmmmm…..
Melatonin, by improving sleep may help decrease risk of fracture. Probably as Melatonin is the opposite of cortisol, where excess stress cortisol is harmful to bones.
Only 7,000 steps per day max is needed to decrease both fractures AND All Cause Mortality.
Toxins- lots on toxins so far
Biggest toxin we are exposed to daily is, wait for it, wait for it, EMF’s, aka Electro Magnetic Fields. This means Wifi and 5G etc… Perhaps think about that before you get your electric car….
COVID illness was worse in people with more toxins, especially Wifi exposure.
Toxins are a big factor in Autoimmune illness as the Immune System senses something wrong and goes on the attack. Examples of toxins include heavy metals such as Mercury and Aluminum. of which both have been at some point part of many vaccinations.
Aluminum is really really really bad for your brain and linked to increased risk of Alzheimers, MS and Autism. Also take a close look at your deodorants as most contain some form of Aluminum, and as this gets into your underarm lymph channels, near your breasts, has been linked to increase risk of Breast Cancer.
Microplastic contamination is one of the fasting growing toxins we are exposed to today and the body does not have an easy way to clear these.
Deuterium is a Toxin
This one was very sciencey but fascinating. Deuterium is a form of hydrogen that the body can not use, it can build up and pretty much gunk up everything. Our body has evolved methods to regulate Deuterium and some of the maladies we treat may actually be how the body helps to clear excess Deuterium. Examples of maladies that may actually be Deuterium clearing processes include Dysbiosis, Methylation detox issues, Insulin Resistance and SIBO. Deuterium excretion is mainly thru the gut via stool, so we need a good well balanced microbiome.
Of interest is that one of the lifestyle hacks to keep Deuterium in check is with a Keto meat based diet. This is because Deuterium is highest in starchy veggies.
