Very important

There are many ways to communicate.

Here is one way not to.

If you want a lower stressed life, always communicate with your kids. They are very important. To all the Moms and Dads out there, remember to always communicate and be nice to your children, as they get to choose your nursing home.

Over the past three years I have learned a whole bunch from others and often it is from something they have written or pictured.

I find that smiling and laughing are helpful in memory and learning. If you think about it, isn’t it easier to remember things that made you happy?

Funny huh?

But it makes me think about making sure people are aware when their hearing is decreasing. It’s a sense you need to interact with the world. Don’t take it for granted.

How bout making sure the food you eat is healthy and NOT processed junk.

It’s not just fast food.

It’s even veggie burgers.

So the reason for this Common Sense Health and Wellness stack?

Learn when to communicate.

Learn when not to communicate- not every question needs an answer or a response.

Learn how to communicate. Not everyone responds to the same style.

Hopefully all my readers understand my style.
