Well, it’s the first week of August and the unofficial halfway mark of Summer 2023. Since this is the 2023 IMW Summer Health Challenge, I thought today would be a good time to recap, rethink and evaluate how we are all doing so far.
Remember that the Summer challenge is an individual challenge. You are not competing with anyone. You are only working to improve your own health.
