Carnivorish in the media
What do the media and health associations we are supposed to trust think?
Well, if you read Common Sense Health and Wellness, you probably know by now that I am not that fond of the Mainstream media, especially as they report on topics in health and wellness.
I often say that the media tells stories, mostly fiction. Well the same can often be said about many medical organizations that we are supposed to trust. When you look closer, these organizations may not be as unbiased by $$ or politics as you wish.
So today I will show some examples of why I believe this.
The media never seems to ask the right questions.
Why don’t they write about this longstanding egg making technology instead of demonizing eggs?
Have you read or seen all the demonizing of cows?
How bout all the demonizing about beef and red meat from cows. It’s almost like they don’t know what nutrients are contained in beef.
How about media reports on eating Ultra processed foods as opposed to real food, like what you will be eating during our 2024 IMW End of Summer Carnivore Challenge? This was just published in Time. Please I beg of you, don’t get your health and wellness advice from a mainstream journalist.
Perhaps instead look for independent sources of information and ask yourself, Does this make sense?
Is this what happens in real life?
Is this how humans evolved before mass industry took over food production?
Is the writer/researcher biased or just perhaps very engaged on the topic?
CVD = Cardiovascular Disease aka Heart Disease.
So the above study refuted the mantra that saturated fat cause heart disease. In fact it claims the opposite and is supported by a medical study. But did you ever hear about this study in the mainstream media or from medical/health associations?
Saturated fat intake is usually higher on a Carnivorish diet. So if you still think that Carnivore is just a way to lose weight short term but may cause issues with cholesterol and heart disease in the long run, perhaps it’s time you rethink that.
I often feel like the guy below warning people about the danger ahead, i.e., the waterfall.
So I hope that I continue to open your eyes to fiction vs non-fiction in the healthcare world.
As always, you do not have to agree with me. But I sure hope you read Common Sense Health and Wellness with an open mind and then try and see if it is actually reality in your world.
Once you see it, you can’t unsee it, unless you put on blinders and ear muffs, neither of which is good for your health.
As always, comments and questions welcome.

In addition SEED oils are extremely bad for your eyes. Notice the increase in eye issues lately??
I am with ya 100% and I am that way because you opened my eyes to it many years ago!
I have a difficult time at times convincing patients and others to see it until I share my own journey!
Keep sharing because what you share is 100% truth!!!
