My New Years Resolutions are to use common sense in health and wellness to debunk common traditional healthcare misconceptions. These healthcare misconceptions, misinformation or disinformation are harmful and I feel the need to discuss them as it is my job to improve your health!
Much of what I write now may go against what you have always read or heard. That’s OK. It’s not me being contrarian. It’s me being real, looking at lots and lots of research data along with 30 years of medical practice in the real world.
Psst- the real word is not the dystopian COVID world so let’s quickly get back to reality.
I am just trying to use common sense and logic while not ignoring what I see happening in real life. You can choose to believe what the government and corporate stakeholders recommend.
But I ask do you think they have your individual best interests at heart?
Do you think the Big Sugar industry cares more about you or promoting sugar sales?
Do you think Big Pharma cares more about you or increasing their profits for shareholders?
Do you think Big Tech cares about your medical privacy?
Do you think politicians care more about you or who contributes the most to their reelection campaigns?
Over the next year perhaps I will expand on the following topics/ health myths to adequately debunk them. But until I do, think about what is listed below and search on your own for some of the non-traditional, non-governmental, non-corporate sponsored research.
Do NOT use Wikipedia or Google to search. They use algorithms to hide information they do not want you to see.
