My brain never stops.
It’s like the energizer bunny and keeps going and going.
It’s like it has this thirst for information. Problem is I need somewhere to store the info, collate it and make good use out of it. But all the info needs a holding place. Well I found it in the Notes section of my IPhone, which I have been using for many years.
Why am I telling you this? I am telling you this because when I find something that might help me make the IMW better, a new treatment, a new test, a new discovery, a new thought pattern, I add that tidbit or so to my notes section. Yes I often go back to the Notes section later when I need more input into how to better help all of you in your journey to improved health and wellness.
So today I will pick a topic from my Notes section and share. Let me know in the comments below if you found this helpful, along of course with any other questions/concerns.
Immune Systems
Immune systems are about keeping us in balance for optimal health. So we need to treat it well.
Below are some things to think about to do just this.
Healthy Guts = Healthy Immune Systems
FYI- I have switched from using Olive Oil and Avocado Oil in cooking to Butter, Ghee and Beef Tallow.
Sunshine → Vitamin D → Lower Stress hormones
Yet the powers that be in the not so distant past…..
So I get as much of this as possible when the weather is nice.
But there some harms associated with the Sun. But perhaps not necessarily what you think.
So maybe we should just get outside in the fresh air more. When I mean outside though, I mean outside. Do we all remember the time when ????
Sleep cycles are very important.
Fix your day night circadian rhythm sleep patterns to optimize and balance your immune health.
Try not to add toxins from your food into your gut. But sometimes the toxins don’t come from your food, but more how you prepare your food. Remember it is your immune system that deals with toxins to keep your body in a healthy balance.
Since we are on the topic of avoiding knowingly putting toxins into your body..
Back to food or what is passed off as food.
Avoid processed foods which not only have chemicals and additives but also can mess up the gut/immune system further.
Did ya know that Fast Food was not always so processed and inflammatory?
Since we are on topic of toxins causing issues….. this one should make us think what could be going on….
And last but not least. One of the biggest toxins to both the Gut and Immune System is none other than….
Sugar
So those were a whole lot of pics and a whole lot to think about.
Let me know what you think in the comments below. Also let me know if you like this format.

High five, Dr. Steve!
Working on my immune system... always more I could do. But dang! This weather isn't helping. Thank goodness for my indoor bike.
